480 Park Ave was a gut renovation from A to Z. We stripped the entire duplex down to the brick and rebuilt every element with care and precision.
Scope of Work Included:
- New plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- All new interior and entry doors
- Window replacement, co-op and landmark compliant
- New hardwood flooring throughout
- Complete custom kitchen and four full baths, including a marble master bath with steam shower
- Fully integrated custom millwork, including quarter-sawn oak and walnut built-ins
- Exterior work, including pavers, waterproofing, and balcony landscaping
We handled the entire process — demolition, framing, finishes, systems, and final delivery — in close coordination with the architect, building management, and co-op board.
22 Ballwall: From Studs to Smart Home
Original Architect: Eliot Noyes, a Harvard Five modernist.
Approach: “Down-to-the-studs” modernization that preserves Noyes’s rhythm.
Size: Over 5,000 sq. ft
- Designed and built custom millwork, including the Chef’s kitchen, kitchen island, closets, stairs, flooring, and more.
- Designed and built custom metalwork, including interior and exterior railings.
- Implemented brand-new electric/plumbing/HVAC/lighting, and finishes.
- Reframed to create an open kitchen-living area, primary suite, and two en-suite guest rooms.
- Restoration of the indoor pool, fireplace, and existing natural stone.
- New interior and exterior doors and windows.
- New bathrooms with modern design, new finishes, and tilework.
- Landscape regraded for drainage, rebuilt ipe decks, and pond overlook.
